<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam cooker improved in convenience by preventing dew condensation of the top surface of its body casing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This steam cooker comprises a heating chamber 2, provided in the body casing 4 for housing a cooked material; a steam-generating device 5 for supplying team into the heating chamber 2, exhaust steam discharge passages 36 and 41, respectively, having a top surface cap 40 arranged in the top surface of the body casing 4 for discharging the exhaust steam of the heating chamber 2 from a blow-out opening 40a of the top surface cap 40; and a dilution fan 31 for diluting the exhaust steam, by mixing the exhaust steam of the exhaust steam passages 36 and 41 with the atmospheric air.
