<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealed motor compressor having excellent productivity which realizes shared use of a shell by allowing the mounting in two specifications by one type of a power supply terminal through the reduction in shape change of a terminal by a connection method of a power supply input terminal (referred to as a glass terminal). Ž<P>SOLUTION: The length of a terminal pin 1A inside a pressure vessel 6 forming a glass terminal with a tab is extended without changing a mounting position of a tab 1C so that a pin connection type of connection terminal is also allowed to be mounted in an extending direction. Thus, two specifications of connection terminal connection functions through tab terminal insertion and pin insertion are allowed in the same power supply terminal.
