<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill lead case of an easily finger-grippable shape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This refill lead case 1 formed of a synthetic resin for accommodating a refilling pencil refill lead has a box-type body 10 with a refill lead housing having an opening 13a1 formed at the upper surface, and a lid 30 which is fitted, in freely slidable manner, to the upper end of the body 10 and opens and closes the opening 13a. The upper end sectional shape of the body 10 is trapezoidal, and the lower end sectional shape is inverted trapezoidal in contrast to the upper end sectional shape.
