<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting pipe not causing uneven flow of a refluxed liquid by necessarily mixing the refluxed liquid and a raw material liquid in a liquid receiving part and a guiding pipe. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The connecting pipe for connecting an upper rectifying column 5 and a lower rectifying column 6 comprises: a cylindrical outer tube 1 connected to the lower end of the upper rectifying column 5; an inner tube 2 comprising the funnel-like liquid receiving part 21, formed in the outer tube 1, and a guiding pipe 22 extending downward from the liquid receiving part 21; and a raw material nozzle 3 for introducing the raw material liquid from the outside. The upper end of the liquid receiving part 21 is brought into contact with the inner wall face of the outer tube 1 in a liquid-tight manner, and the raw material nozzle 3 is connected to a hole formed in the outer tube 1 at an upper position from the liquid receiving part 21 of the inner cylinder 2. The refluxed liquid (a) descending from the upper rectifying column 5 is stored in the funnel-like liquid receiving part 21 even if descending along a portion of the inner wall face of the outer tube 1, and the raw material liquid (b) from the raw material nozzle 3 also comes in from above the liquid receiving part 21, and thus the refluxed liquid (a) and the raw material liquid (b) are joined in the liquid receiving part 21 and sent to the lower rectifying column 6 via the guiding pipe 22. Since the refluxed liquid (a) and the raw material liquid (b) are mixed with each other in the liquid receiving part 21 and the guiding pipe 22, the rectification evaluation can be carried out properly.
