PURPOSE: A method for recirculating water and heat in alcohol fermentation is provided to collect water and heat with high yield needed in liquefaction using a heat pump. CONSTITUTION: A method for recirculating water and heat by connecting a heat pump in alcohol fermentation process comprises a step of storing alcohol fermentation heat, a introducing the heat pump by each process, and reusing heat and water at the same time. A liquefaction (thermal process + enzyme reaction) process can recirculate water and heat by the heat pump. A saccharification(enzyme reaction) process can recirculate to liquefaction by the heat pump. A method for collecting fermentation heat is flash distillation, film separation distillation, vapor circulation distiallation. |
