<p>A method, system and device for realizing the reporting of media operation are disclosed in the present invention, which belongs to the field of network communication technical. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the control information for indicating to detect the finish of the media operation; detecting whether the media operation has been finished according to the control information; when the finish of the media operation is detected, and if the finish of the media operation is caused by user intervention, reporting the user intervention media operation information. The system comprises a control device and a processing device wherein the control device comprises: a sending module and a receiving module, and the processing device comprises: an acquiring module, a detecting module, a judging module and a reporting module. A mechanism that a media gateway reports to a media gateway controller is adopted in the embodiments of the present invention, so that User can perform a further operation on the media service, the requirements for intervening the media operation by user can be satisfied, and the quality of experience of the user can be improved.</p> |
