PURPOSE: An integrated circuit is provided to offer the wireless communication for the required frequency characteristic using a circuit block, a millimeter wave shear and a contact module. CONSTITUTION: A connection module(15) is combined on a circuit block and a millimeter wave shear. The connection module is combined between a first frequency-dependent impedance module and a secondary frequency-dependent impedance module. A first trace section offers an antenna segment for a millimeter wave shear(14). A second trace portion is combined between the secondary frequency dependent impedance module and a circuit block. The first frequency-dependent impedance module, the secondary frequency-dependent impedance module, and a combination of the first trace portion and the second trace portion allow a connection to a circuit block(12). |
