<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor and a power management apparatus capable of confirming an effect of power saving beforehand when performing power saving setting. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 20 includes a printer 21, a UI device 22, an image reader 23 and a control device 24. The control device 24 includes: a log generation section 31 for generating a log in which a status of state transition by device is recorded; an arithmetic section 32 for performing arithmetic operation using the log generated by the log generation section 31; a network control section 33 for transmitting/receiving various data; and a storage section 34 for storing logs, various data, calculation formulas, calculation results and the like.
