<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector capable of achieving a fine pitch and reduction of contact resistance with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The connector includes: a base part 3 having a substrate 1 and elastomers 2A, 2B arranged on both sides 1a, 1b of the substrate 1; a plurality of through-holes 4 in the base part 3, which are arranged in parallel at predetermined spacing in a stacked direction of the substrate 1 and the elastomers 2A, 2B; and L-shaped conductors 5 arranged via the through-holes 4 from one surface 3a side of the base part 3 to another surface 3b side. The elastomers 2A, 2B incorporate a plurality of first protruding parts 21A, 21B whose top faces 21s are inclined, and second protruding parts 22A, 22B that protrude from top faces 21s of the first protruding parts 21A, 21B in a dome shape. The conductors 5 has dome shaped convex parts 51A, 51B whose insides are hollow, and the convex parts 51A, 51B are formed at two ends of the conductors 5, and the convex parts 51A, 51B are arranged so as to cover the respective second protruding parts 22A, 22B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
