PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device that has a strong structure and precisely and easily adjusts the inclined angle of a rotation unit. SOLUTION: This laser device 29 comprises a laser unit 30, and a bearing unit 34 having a first sliding pan 10 and a first sliding unit 2. The first sliding unit 2 is provided with a first projecting surface with a partially cylindrical shape, the first sliding pan 10 is provided with a first recessed surface with a first hollow cylindrical shape, and hence the first projecting surface can come into surface contact with the first recessed surface 10.
