PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device which is easy to attach/detach a filter and is capable of preventing infiltration of dust in a machine body. SOLUTION: This heat-exchange type ventilation device 1A is formed by vertically attaching an OA filter 8 to an intake-air passage forming space 44SA between an intake fan case 40SA, an air discharge fan case 40EA and an air suction opening 70OA of a cabinet 7. The OA filter 8 can be attached/detached to/from its body part 2, by moving it in the vertical direction by opening an attach/detach opening cover 30 of a front panel 3. An RA filter 9 is attached laterally to the front panel 3, and the RA filter 9 can be attached/detached to/from the front panel 3, by moving it in the horizontal direction.
