PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device for a plastic corrugated board box which melts all of the specified melting spots by hot blast simultaneously and assembles the mutual plastic corrugated board pieces by simultaneous contact-bonding, as well as a method of manufacturing the plastic corrugated board box. SOLUTION: This assembling device for the plastic corrugated board box comprises a table for placing the plastic corrugated box, a guide, a retainer mechanism, an inserting mechanism, a folding mechanism, a welding mechanism and a width adjusting means. In addition, the retainer mechanism, the insertion mechanism, the folding mechanism and the welding mechanism are each installed at supporting pillars in positions corresponding with a pair of opposed second side plates and insertion pieces during welding. The welding mechanism has a plurality of jet nozzles formed by drilling in the end surface of a head part opposed to the almost V-shaped inside surface of a wedge-like gap in the second side plate and the insertion piece. Further, the head part is inserted into the wedge-like gap, and the hot blast is jetted from a proximity position which is seldom in contact with the second side plate and the insertion piece.
