PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate a plurality of customers' accounts into a single transaction reflecting selling prices for the customers thereon, and to collect receipts for accounting processing therefor to print in a single receipt, in a shorter processing time than before. SOLUTION: A sales data processing apparatus includes a storage means for associatively storing for a bargain article a normal selling price, a bargain price and a quantity purchasable at the bargain price by a single customer, an input means for inputting the number of customers who purchase the bargain article, a calculation means for calculating a quantity of the bargain article purchasable at the bargain price in the transaction from the number of customers input by the input means and the quantity of the bargain article purchasable at the bargain price by a single customer stored in the storage means, and a registration means for registering the purchased quantity of the bargain article at the bargain price of the bargain article up to the quantity calculated by the calculation means.
