PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for properly calculating the sunset time required for evaluating that a user intentionally turns on a head lamp. SOLUTION: The sunset time is calculated (S345) when the head lamp is determined to be turned on (S330:Yes). The frequency of calculating the sunset time is remarkably reduced, compared with when always calculating the sunset time, and a processing load is reduced thereby. Further, the lighting-on time is evaluated on the basis of the calculated sunset time more properly, compared with when calculating the sunset time without using the lighting-on time.
