PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body front part support structure improving appearance of an attaching part of a front cowl to a cowl support stay and suppressing cost increase. SOLUTION: In the vehicle body front part support structure in which a front cowl stay assembly 43 is attached on a vehicle side, and a meter, a front cowl 44 covering a head lamp 46, and head lamp stays 134, 135 rockably supporting the head lamp 46 are attached to the front cowl stay assembly 43; a couple of right and left inwardly protruding walls 44c, 44d that protrude inwardly are formed in the front cowl 44, the inwardly protruding walls 44c, 44d are fastened from the vertical direction by a flange section (meter stay 118) in an upper part of the front cowl stay assembly 43, and the head lamp stays 134, 135 support the front cowl 44 and are fastened from the vehicle longitudinal direction by the front cowl stay assembly 43.
