PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device aiming at stopping of warming of the earth. SOLUTION: It is attained by placing a light adjustment material 2 or the like around the earth 1 and weakening the light reaching from the sun 3 to the earth 1. In the device, an article in which a colloidal solution is closed by a glass or the like is placed around the earth 1, and the light reached from the sun 3 is scattered and absorbed to weaken it, so that warming of the earth is stopped.
