<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of terminal inclination in a board built-in type connector with a circuit board built in a connector housing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A joint connector serving as the board built-in type connector is provided with a terminal holding wall 7 and a board built-in part in the connector housing, and the circuit board 3 is built in the board built-in part while facing the terminal holding wall. A terminal is assembled to be inserted in an insert-through-hole 9 in the board built-in part and to be inserted in an insertion hole 11 in the circuit board. In such a joint connector, the terminal holding wall is protrusively provided with an alignment leg 32 along the side edge of the insert-through-hole, and the alignment leg is fitted and locked to the insertion hole to regulate the position corresponding relationship between the insertion hole and the insert-through-hole.
