<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting bracket which enables a common bracket body to be mounted along the outer peripheral surfaces of a plurality of cylindrical members different in outside diameter. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The mounting bracket 31 includes the bracket body 36 which is mounted along the outer peripheral surfaces of two types of boom cylinders 21A and 21B different in diameter, and which is used for the mounting of a member to be mounted. The bracket body 36 includes one arcuate concave portion 37 which is fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the boom cylinder 21A, and the other arcuate concave portion 38 which is formed with a smaller diameter inside the arcuate concave portion 37.
