<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a fan device for a vehicle capable of changing a mounting angle of a blade. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the fan device for the vehicle, a blade mounting angle changing mechanism 7 changing the mounting angle of the blade 6 has an energizing means for energizing the mounting angle of the blade 6 from a blowing angle forming a blow toward an initial angle in which resistance when receiving traveling wind becomes smaller than that of the blowing angle, also the mounting angle of the blade 6 is changed from the initial angle to the blowing angle against the energizing force of the energizing means with force generated during the rotation of a fan rotation shaft 4.
