<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel capable of reducing thermal loss when a wood member is warmed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A low thermal conductive member 30 for covering a rim core metal part 20 is constituted by a material having lower thermal conductivity than the rim core metal part 20, and a heater 40 is arranged between the low thermal conductive member 30 and the wood member 50. Further, a groove part 34 is formed on an outer peripheral part 32 of the low thermal conductive member 30, and a clearance 44 is formed between opposed parts of a predetermined portion (non-contact part 42A) of an inner surface 42 of the heater 40 and the low thermal conductive member 30. Thereby, the predetermined portion (non-contact part 42A) of the inner surface 42 of the heater 40 becomes in the non-contact state with the low thermal conductive member 30.
