<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the disturbance in behavior of a vehicle and the reduction of the reaction force of a brake pedal, even when one of the duplexed brake systems is in trouble. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a primary tank 10 in a primary system is in trouble, compressed air is supplied from a secondary tank 12 to an input port of a dual brake valve 32 through a first and a third double check valves 14, 18, and the compressed air is supplied from the secondary tank 12 to an input port of a first relay valve 24 through the first and a second double check valve 14, 16. The compressed air is supplied from the dual brake valve 32 to control ports of the first and a second relay valves 24, 26 according to pressing of a brake pedal.
