<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable one person to easily execute the connection of a connection clip unit and an operation wire and the loading of the connection clip unit to a sheath. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A loading tool 82 is held in a left hand; then the sheath 11 held in a right hand is inserted to a case mounting groove 102, and a front hook 58 is piled up on the connection member 48 of the connection clip unit 13. While holding the loading tool 82, a first opening/closing member 100 is closed with the left hand, a rear hook 59 is pressurized by a fitting assisting projection 112, and the front hook 58 is fitted to the fitting part 55 of the connection member 48. The first opening/closing member 100 is opened to insert the sheath 11 to a sheath insertion hole 105. A second opening/closing member 101 is closed with the left hand to clamp the distal end of the sheath 11, and the sheath 11 is held at the same time.
