<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop an anti-E2 antibody-displaying yeast for developing an efficient screening method of a high affinity antibody from a library obtained by artificially introducing mutation to the anti-E2 antibody gene. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This method for producing a transformed yeast displaying the anti-E2 antibody on its surface layer is provided by transforming an expression vector for the yeast, having a DNA encoding the part of the anti-E2 antibody gene and containing an anchor protein gene for displaying the antibody on the surface layer of the yeast, into the yeast.
