<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembleability of a clip case for housing a plurality of clips and a connection ring in a connected state. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The clip case 81 for housing a connection clip unit 13 is formed by bonding a lower case 111 and an upper case 112 with each other. On the lower case 111 and the upper case 112, a projection piece 113 projecting in a circumferential direction from a joint and a notched part 114 notched from the joint at the same position and same shape as the facing projection piece 113 are formed. On the lower part of the lower case, a positioning part 116 is integrally formed. When connecting the clips 19A and 19B, the connection ring 20A is moved to the position of the projection piece 113 and the notched part 114, and the clip 19A is inserted into the connection ring 20A. A jig is inserted through the notched part 114, the rear end of the connection ring 20 is pulled, the clip 19A in the inside is exposed, and the clip 19B is engaged with the clip 19A.
