PURPOSE: An apparatus for liquefying refrigerant gas, a cooling device using the same and a method for liquefying refrigerant gas are provided to enable gas of liquid solvent to supply power and to enable to change the power into electrical energy. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for liquefying refrigerant gas comprises: an apparatus(1) for forming mixing gas which gives external energy to mixture of liquid solvent(1b) and refrigerant gas(1a) and creates mixing gas of the refrigerant gas and the gas of the liquid solvent by evaporizing the liquid solvent; a gas-liquid separator(3) for gas-liquid separate the mixing gas into the refrigerant gas and liquid solvent; a storage unit(5) for refrigerant gas; a switching unit(2); and a device for liquidifying the refrigerant gas(5).
