<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable food inexpensively obtained in a simple structure, not getting bulky, easy to store or carry, and enabling dried food to be edible only by pouring water after opened when eaten. <P>SOLUTION: The portable food 1 is produced by housing dried or half-dried food 3 in a heat-resistant container 2 and sealing it.
