PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a name plate capable of increasing the amount of information per a unit area by two times or more without changing a size of characters and graphics, and to provide a battery pack pasted with the name plate. SOLUTION: An image is changed by viewing a printed layer 18 of a first image and a printed layer 19 of a second image alternately printed in strips from a first visual point 20 and a second visual point 21 through a lenticular sheet 15.
