PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article which is easily exchanged and also sufficiently hides private parts in an exchange work. SOLUTION: The absorbent article includes: an absorption part wherein a plurality of absorbent sheets 3 having an absorbent body 3C interposed between a liquid-permeable front surface side sheet 3A and a liquid-nonpermeable rear surface side sheet 3B, are laminated and the absorbent sheet 3 positioned on the rear surface side is covered by the absorbent sheet 3 positioned on the front surface side; a liquid-permeable top sheet 2 for covering the front surface side of the absorption part; a back sheet 1 for covering the rear surface side of the absorption part; and slit shape absorption sheet take-out ports 20 which are opened in the waist side end of the back sheet 1 and arranged in a width direction.
