PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which suppresses disadvantages for a player as little as possible when a plurality of kinds of special games are set, in the game machine which a plurality of big winning ports are provided. SOLUTION: The game machine controls: a long winning game in which a round game for once executing an operation to open a first big winning port 109c for up to 30 seconds is executed fifteen times; a short winning game in which a round game for once executing an operation to open a second big winning port 129c for 0.1 second is executed fifteen times; and a small winning game in which the second big winning port 129c opens/closes twice and opens/closes with a mode that a player cannot discriminate or can hardly discriminate the difference from the short winning game.
