<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tobacco type chemical inhaler which has good handleability while avoiding a conventional trouble. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The inhaler includes: a capsule 100 which has three or more demarcated spaces respectively containing water W, carbonic acid C and a chemical N, and in which by being crushed by user's fingers, the capsule is broken to change the water and carbonic acid C included in the capsule to carbon dioxide, and the chemical is included in the carbon dioxide; a sheet-shaped filter 200 which is wound on the surrounding of the capsule while the capsules are arranged in serial; a check valve 300 which is provided at one end of the sheet-shaped filter wound on the capsule to introduce air to the inside of the sheet-shaped filter and blocking air derivation from inside to outside; a suction filter 400 which is provided at the other end of the sheet-shaped filter; and a paper material 500 which is wound around the check valve, the sheet-shaped filter and the suction filter.
