An outlet opening (30) for compressed air (L) opens into the inner chamber of the container under formation of an intermediate chamber (38) such that the compressed air carries the substance into the inner chamber based on injector effect. A pipe (63) is connected with an outlet of the container for supplying a mixture of compressed air and the substance from the container. The pipe has another outlet opening (60) for discharging the mixture from the pipe into soil.</p>
