Disclosed is a digital-analog converter for which the digital-analog conversion characteristics have been improved by stabilizing the threshold voltage of a device used as a switching transistor and a display drive system furnished with said converter. Said digital-analog converter is furnished with a conversion voltage generation circuit and a switching circuit. Said conversion voltage generation circuit generates a plurality of analog conversion voltages that have voltage levels between a first reference voltage and a second reference voltage. Said switching circuit includes a plurality of switching MOS transistors that respond to a signal of a plurality of bits to switch said plurality of analog conversion voltages. One voltage from among said first reference voltage, said second reference voltage, and said plurality of analog conversion voltages is supplied to the bulk region of said switching MOS transistors.
