摘要 <p>The invention can be used for treating refraction anomalies, including myopia, hyperopia, presbyopia, astigmatism and keratoconus. The inventive method involves changing the curvature radius of the cornea by fixing a contact lens on the eye cornea prior to UV irradiation. The radiation area(s) can be in the form of concentric circles, arcs, parallel lines, cells, grids, spirals or other geometrical figures. The cornea can be heated to a temperature ranging from 36 to 50°C. The device for treating refraction anomalies comprises an UV radiation source, a power supply and a control unit, optical focusing elements, a diaphragm and a contact lens. The lower radius of curvature of the lens corresponds to the required optical power of the cornea. The diaphragm can be made in the form of a mask with alternating transparent and non-transparent segments in the form of concentric circles, arcs, parallel lines, cells, grids, spirals or other geometrical figures. The contact lens can be provided with a heating element and a temperature sensor. The device can comprise a polariser.</p>
