<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane slab form with low-density and high-elasticity. <P>SOLUTION: The polyurethane slab form is obtained by a raw material mixture containing a polyol component, a polyisocyanate component, a foaming agent and water, wherein 30-80% by mass of the polyol component is a high molecular weight polyol having molecular weight of 6,000 or more, and the foaming agent is a foaming agent for high repulsion slab.
