<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop varied optical lens decoration in part of a transparent product having a smooth outer surface by integrally molding a bending/expanding part in part of a joint to an insertion material of a transparent insert molding part. <P>SOLUTION: The barrel 3 of a bottle body 2 which is a blow-molded synthetic resin article is formed as the insertion material, and a transparent synthetic resin-made outer shell body 8 having a thick wall is injection-molded. A depressed wall 4 is formed in part of the barrel 3, an expanded thick-walled part 9 which fills a recess formed of the depressed wall 4 and is positioned is formed at the outer shell body 8, and the lens decoration 10 is developed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
