PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin shaft kneader rotating in the same direction enabling kneading good dispersibility of an additive or the like together with to suppress the temperature of a resin material or additives or the like being a material to be keaded rising exceedingly. SOLUTION: Same direction rotating twin shaft screw kneader 1 is provided with a cylinder 2 with a cylindrical cavity 14 and a twin shaft screw 3 which is arranged in a row line in the cavity 14 of the cylinder 2, and rotating in the same direction. The twin screw 3 is formed by a kneading part (8, 10) composed at an intermeshing type screw rotating at the state of putting the twin screw 3 in gear each other and a feed part (9, 11) composed of a non-intermeshing type screw at the reverse state, which are alternatively formed in a direction of facing a discharge section 5 from a side of a supplying part 6.
