METHOD OF FLATLY JOINING EVAPORATION PART OF HEAT PIPE ARRANGED IN PARALLEL TO FIXING MEMBER, AND ITS STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise heat conduction efficiency by increasing a contact area between the evaporation part of a heat pipe and a heat generating element.

SOLUTION: There are provided the method of flatly joining the evaporation parts 21 of the heat pipes 20 arranged in parallel to a fixing member 10, and its structure. The method includes: a step where at least two heat pipes 20 including a fixing member 10 including a housing recessed part 12 on a bottom surface 11, the evaporation part 21 and a condensing part 22 are prepared; a step where the evaporation parts 21 of the heat pipes 20 are arranged in the housing recessed part 12; and a step where the evaporation parts 21 of the heat pipes 20 arranged in parallel are machined and a plane 200 is formed on the evaporation parts 21 of the heat pipes 20. By the above steps, the contact area between the evaporation parts 21 of the heat pipes 20 and the heat generating element 50 is increased.
