PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the malfunction of a locking device due to a friction deterioration by a thermal creeping by urging the axial center of a rotating plate fitting either one of a cam groove or a pin tracing the cam groove in the axial direction regarding a locking mechanism for a mobile body. SOLUTION: The locking device 50 includes the cam groove, the pin (such as a pin section 92) and the rotating plate 90. An urging means (such as a leaf spring 110) for imparting a rotational resistance to the rotating plate 90 by urging the axial center of the rotating plate 90 in the axial direction is fitted between the rotating plate 90 and either one [such as a base (such as a housing 20)] of the base (such as the housing 20) or the mobile body (such as a holder body).
