PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately notify a counter device of a roaming status and to enable the counter device to appropriately obtain a latest operator's name. SOLUTION: In a cellular phone, while a first operator's name is held as an operator's name used for utilizing a base station network on the basis of a notification of the operator's name from the base station network, a control unit newly detects a second operator's name different from the first operator's name. If the second operator's name is detected, a Bluetooth module transmits the notification of a current roaming status or the notification of a current service status to a counter device via wireless communication and in response to the operator's name acquisition request transmitted form the counter device, a response of the operator's name including the detected second operator's name is transmitted to the counter device via wireless communication.
