PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of accurately estimating a user's taste. SOLUTION: An intention determining section 180 determines whether the user has intentionally selected a moving route, based on relations between the moving route of an information processor 100 contained in a move record DB 154 stored in a memory section 150 and a recommended route searched for by a route search section 162. If the intention determining section 180 determines that the user has intentionally selected the moving route, a taste determining section 190 determines the user's taste based on a record of information, and the like, acquired by a sensor stored in the memory section 150 and a taste-behavior rule.
