<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate power ratio setting method with respect to the fact that a range that the power ratio of a reference signal to a data signal can need a different range in accordance with the ratio of power of a data signal in a transmission symbol including the reference signal to power of a data signal in a transmission signal not including the reference signal. Ž<P>SOLUTION: On the basis of power of a reference signal L1, power of the reference signal is determined (L2). P_B is received from a notification channel L3 and the ratio of power of a type A to that of a type B is determined (L4). P_A is received from a notification channel L5. The ratio of power of the reference signal to that of the type A is determined (L6). The ratio of power of the corresponding reference signal to data power of the type A is added to the P_A and while also considering the value of P_B, system bandwidth, the number of antennas, a multiplexing mode and the like, the ratio of power of the reference signal to data power of the type A is determined. The data power ratio of the type A is determined from the determined value and the power of the reference signal.
