<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dosage form of a liquid pharmaceutical containing a diazabicyclic compound with improved storage life. Ž<P>SOLUTION: There are provided pharmaceutical compositions in the form of microemulsions which comprise the following components, in amounts expressed by percent by weight, the sum of the components being 100 (wt.%): (S) 0.01-95% of one or more compounds selected from the following classes: surfactants; polymers forming organized structures as micelles, liquid crystals, vesicles; (O) 0.01-95% of one or more oils, (PA) 0.001-90% of diazabicyclic compounds represented by formula (I): (AD) 0-60% of one or more compounds selected from the following classes: modifiers of water and/or oil polarity, modifiers of the curvature of the film of component (S), and co-surfactants; and water.
