<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time to be required for analyzing the output waveform of a circuit in an analyzer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The waveform analyzer for storing output values by analyzing the waveform of the circuit inputs an analysis condition including the input values of an input waveform at respective time points and circuit information, and analyzes the waveform, based on the analysis condition, and then, calculates the output values with respect to the input values of the input waveform at the respective time points. The waveform analyzer allows an analyzing part to perform waveform analysis concerning the input values from the time point where the input value of the input waveform is changed to the time point where the change of the output value calculated by the analyzing part converges, and not to perform waveform analysis concerning the input values from the time point where the change of the output value converges to the time point where the input value in the input waveform is changed next. Then, the waveform analyzer predicts the output values concerning the input values from the time point where the change of the output value converges to the time point where the input value in the input waveform is changed next, based on the change of the output values after convergence, thereby calculating an analysis prediction result.
