HEAT-INSULATING MOISTURE-PERMEABLE WATERPROOF SHEET

A heat-insulating moisture-permeable waterproof sheet is provided which retains moisture permeability, waterproofing properties, and air permeability and in which the reflection of visible light only has been ingeniously reduced without lowering the reflectance of infrared rays.  This sheet is hence inhibited from dazzling the worker and thereby giving a photophobic feeling thereto.  The laying efficiency and safety can hence be improved. The waterproof sheet includes a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet layer (1).  On the other hand, a metal deposit layer (22) is formed on a surface of a thermoplastic-resin sheet base (21) by vapor-depositing a glossy metallic material in a given thickness.  A surface-protecting layer (23) comprising a colorless transparent thermoplastic-resin matrix (23a) and light-shielding particles (23b) incorporated and almost evenly distributed in the matrix (23a) is laminated to the surface of the metal deposit layer (22) to form a heat-insulating sheet layer (2).  Many through-holes (24) are formed at given intervals in the heat-insulating sheet layer (2).  The moisture-permeable waterproof sheet layer (1) was laminated to this heat-insulating sheet layer (2).
