<p>Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition in which the degradation of an aminoacetylpyrrolidinecarbonitrile derivative (a substance which becomes unstable in a pharmaceutical composition) contained therein can be inhibited, and which can be produced conveniently. The pharmaceutical composition comprises an aminoacetylpyrrolidinecarbonitrile derivative represented by formula (1) [wherein A represents CH2, CHF or CF2; and R1 represents a secondary amino group which may be substituted], (1) a sugar alcohol, (2) calcium carbonate, sodium citrate or sodium sulfate, and (3) a neutral low-melting-point oil-and-fat-like substance.</p> |
