SYSTEM FOR SENSING A FAULT OF TRANSMITTING LINE OF RACK APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A unit for sensing the transmission line of a rack device is provided to recover the loss of the transmission line by sensing the loss of the transmission line between a transmission module and a transmission tuning unit. CONSTITUTION: An AC/DC converter(14) converts an AC signal applied for generating a DC sensing signal. A DC receiver(16) receives a DC sensing signal fed back between a transmitter and a transmission tuning unit. A sensing controller(18) is connected to the AC/DC converter and the DC receiver to determine the loss between the transmitter and the transmission tuning unit. A communication module(20) transmits loss information from the sensing controller to a PC or display controller in a control room.
