<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patterned chip foam that can be used without covering the surface thereof with a skin in an application requiring ornamentality. <P>SOLUTION: Chips 11 composed of a crushed product of polyurethane foam having an air-permeability of 3-50 l/min obtained by causing a polyol to react with an aliphatic polyisocyanate or an alicyclic polyisocyanate are bonded mutually with a binder 15 composed of a polyurethane prepolymer having an isocyanate end and colored in a color different from the chip 11, and at least a part of the surface of this bonded body is constituted of a cut surface 12, and a pattern constituted of the color of the chip 11 and the color of the binder 15 is formed on the surface of the cut surface 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
