CASTING MOLD COMPOSED OF ANODIZED POROUS ALUMINA, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting mold composed of anodized porous alumina capable of efficiently forming a desired antireflection film on a high polymer film surface, and to provide a method for manufacturing the casting mold.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the casting mold composed of the anodized porous alumina comprises: (1) a step of forming pores by subjecting an aluminum substrate to anodization; (2) a step of subjecting the pores to a pore size expansion treatment; (3) a step of subjecting the substrate again to anodization after the step (2); and (4) a step of alternately repeating the step (2) and the step (3).
