PURPOSE: A muscle strengthening sporting apparatus is provided, which can be simply established using the minimum space and is capable of easy use. CONSTITUTION: A muscle strengthening sporting apparatus comprises a support block(110) in which an extending bar in which one side is opened of form is equipped; a stage(140) connected to the extending bar; a gully bar which is prepared on the upper part of the support block at an interval and is connected by an elastomer(130); a fixing cover(120) screwed in a binding hole; a guide bar(210) into which a support block is inserted and which is guided; a fixed block(220) in which the bottom of the guide bar is fixed; and a base body(310) in which the fixed block is combined to be rotatable.
