PURPOSE: A wheel sensor is provided to improve reliability and accuracy by separating the rotation of the wheel and the touch of a finger. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(130) is arranged under a wheel(120). A plurality of substrate sensors(140) is formed on the substrate along the lower side of the wheel. Each substrate sensor includes an internal electrode and an external electrode. The internal electrode is adjacent to the center of the wheel. The external electrode is separated from the center of the wheel. One of the internal and external electrodes is grounded. Two wheel inducing units(150) or more are formed on the lower side of the wheel corresponding to the substrate sensor.
